Hartley's Crocodile Adventures
Hartley's is the best place to see crocodiles in Far North Queensland. Here you can experience a unique eco lagoon cruise through Melaleuca wetlands, the domain of the saltwater crocodile. The park offers an abundance of wildlife. See the notorious head shake and death roll of a huge crocodile in the 3.00pm Crocodile Attack Show.

Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park
Have you ever thrown a boomerang or used a woomera to launch a spear? Walk through our cultural village and learn about bush foods and medicines. Let us share our dreamtime legend with you in our Creation Theatre with holographic images and live performers on stage. View the history theatre – a presentation on the history of the Tjapukai people. The rainforest amphitheatre treats you to traditional and ceremonial dance and music.

Kuranda and Skyrail
The picturesque mountain retreat of Kuranda Village is just 25km northwest of Cairns. It is a vibrant little town surrounded by World Heritage Rainforest. Historic buildings from the villages past now house a variety of upmarket restaurants, cafes and bars. Kuranda has evolved into a great place to shop. Home to its well known markets selling everything from handmade crafts, aboriginal artifacts to quirky and imaginative gadgets.
After exploring this fascinating village, it's time to board Skyrail – the world's most beautiful rainforest experience. There are two stops enroute to explore, including boardwalks and the CSIRO Interpretive Centre. As you glide silently over the canopy of the rainforest, you have the most stunning views of the northern beaches of Cairns.

Cape Tribulation and Daintree Rainforest

Enjoy an all-in-one Cape Tribulation, Daintree Rainforest day combined with Port Douglas, Mossman Gorge and Alexandra Range lookout and, of course, the Aerial Walkway. Following morning refreshments of locally grown produce, kick back and relax while you cruise deep into the Mangrove-lined Daintree River, the habitat of the estuarine crocodile and learn about this incredible ecosystem from a knowledgeable guide. The guide will assist you in spotting unique river wild life and the infamous Estuarine Crocodile.
Discover the unique wilderness area of the World Heritage-listed Rainforest as you head north through Cape Tribulation National Park, tour along over former bush tracks and over crystal clear creeks while viewing some of the oldest rainforest on earth. After all of these activities, you will be ready to arrive at Cape Tribulation Resort where a scrumptious first class tropical buffet is served. You have plenty of time here to take a swim in the rock pool or stroll along coconut beach.
Then stroll along the stunning Cape Tribulation Beach to the Alexandra Range lookout and observe where two of the world's natural wonders converge. The rainforest gives way to white sand and fringing coral reef. Then one last stop before you head home is the award winning Daintree Discovery Centre. This is a world class interpretive facility that allows visitors easy access to this distinctive rainforest wilderness via board walks, canopy towers and aerial walkways. It also hosts a interactive display centre that has the latest touch screen technology and audio visual theater. All information is provided in a variety of languages via headsets.
